Sad news from Julie Riola:  “I wanted to let you know that Larry went to Heaven on 3-28............he was napping in his warm bed and slipped away.....very peaceful.  His health had declined over the past many months.”  Larry Riola, co-founded Rainbow Golf Club along with Liz Ishihara and Paul Mitsuda, 35 years ago.  He also designed our Rainbow Logo…

From Phil Chung:  I can see Larry and Liz golfing now as a two-some on the fairways heaven.  God bless their eternal souls and memory for how they enriched the lives of many around them with the golf club. Larry, along with Liz, combined their love of golf to share it with Hawaiian style camaraderie, with their friends and acquaintances by starting the Rainbow Golf Club.  As his passing was on Tuesday, there is no information right now about a service or memorial, but I'll pass on the information to you all when I hear it. **** SEE BELOW
